The cost of express delivery is proportional to the weight of the shipment and country of destination. Shipment cost is shown upon customer registration on the shopping cart and depending on order goods.
All orders received and paid before 11.00 and whose material is available, are shipped the same day. Orders received are processed in the afternoon the next day. If it is chosen as method of payment by bank transfer or check, orders will be held until verification of payment.
The shipments are usually processed through GLS Executive or SDA across the country and DHL or Federal Express for abroad countries. Deliveries take place, barring unforeseen circumstances, usually within 24/48 hours from shipment in Italy, for EU Countries in 2-3 days and extra-ue countries in 3-4 days.
Note: Orders received and processed during the holidays, weekdays and weekends, are shipped the first working day.
Our company sells goods normally present in our warehouse and our retail store opened. The availability on the site are usually updated in the evening after closing the store for which certain articles on the site may have been sold during the day and not be immediately available. Thanks to our network of suppliers we are able to restock our warehouse in few days. For products exported to non-EU countries, the costs for duties, customs clearance and local VAT are charged to the customer. The cost of shipping, even if free, refers to the street level at the entrance to the house and not to the floor and does not include porterage and / or assembly services.
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
-That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that ordered;
-That the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strips.
In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery dicituraa adding the "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery note received by courier or by another operator.
The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the shipment and / or delivery and / or by 'secodno operator and the general terms and conditions of sale, posted on our website.
In case the customer fails to collect within 5 (five) working days and present the ordered goods in stock at the warehouses of courier because of the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, the same order will be canceled and will be charged to quantify the costs of custody from time to time.
